Jacob Degrom Long Hair

In the past, Mets ace Jacob deGrom has been known for his long flowing locks. He has even considered cutting it off after the season, but he never did it. Despite the temptation, baseball players are often superstitious and may not want to lose their signature locks. The long-haired Met is likely to stay with the Mets for many years. In addition to his ability to throw fastballs, deGrom is also known for his athleticism.

Jacob deGrom has won the National League Rookie of the Month award twice in his career. He also won the 2014 Sporting News NL Rookie of the Year award. He was the first Met to win the honor since Dwight Gooden in 1984. As a youngster, he played volleyball at Stetson University, and was named the team’s Rookie of the Month.

Jacob deGrom’s iconic long hair has finally come out in the public. The New York Mets pitcher was known to take the mound with long hair, but Jose Reyes recently shared a video of him sporting his new look. DeGrom, who is known for his blistering fastballs, said he is proud of his new style.

After deGrom’s first season, he was selected as NL Co-Player of the Week. He started with a record of 8-6, posting a 2.30 ERA. He went on to win Game 5 of the NLDS with a six-inning, two-run performance. He later made history by being named to the NL All-Star team. He ended up with a 14-8 record with a 2.54 ERA and averaged 0.99 walks per inning pitched.

Despite his long hair, deGrom’s baseball career has only just begun. In 2014, he was promoted to the big leagues by the Mets. Originally set to serve as a reliever, deGrom’s impressive performance forced the team to use him as a starter. DeGrom made his major league debut against the New York Yankees in Citi Field. In seven innings, he struck out six batters, and collected his first career hit.
