If you’re looking for a new singer-songwriter, then you’ve come to the right place. Known as Sam Sweeney, he has recently released his debut solo album on Island Records. While Sweeney didn’t pick up the guitar until he graduated from Texas State, he’s now putting something new into English music. Sweeney and his band have combined traditional English music with Scandinavian and Celtic influences.
