Hoya Joy

Hoya Joy is a perennial plant with pink and green corollas and an elongated umbel. Its leaves are shiny and recurved, slightly bumpy on top and fuzzy on the underside. The leaves are a light-green color with dark edges and can grow up to eight to seventeen centimetres in length. The flowers last only a few days, but they give off a pleasant fragrance resembling vitellina.

‘Joy,’ a hybrid of two Hoya species, one from Hawaii and the other from Laos. This plant is a favorite among gardeners due to its large, glossy leaves. When the leaves are mature, they grow to 18cm (7′) long and 12cm (5′) wide. They are also brightly lit and can turn a reddish-green color. Cuttings of Hoya.
