Alyssa Blessing is a fitness expert and a professional bodybuilder. She was raised in Florida and began her fitness journey as a competitive bodybuilder. She was so obsessed with her physique that she enrolled in college and competed in bodybuilding competitions. She realized that her workouts were not good for her health, and she decided to quit competing. Now, she trains people from all over the world.
