Rose Christensen

Rose Christensen, a long-time Rochester resident, died peacefully at the Inova Mont Vernon Hospital in Fayetteville on May 27, 2022. She was born in Rochester to Karl and Rosa Sohn Kemmet and graduated from North High School in 1949. A business major, she went on to work as a secretary for a number of organizations. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Besides knitting, she enjoyed sewing and baking and grew a large Hosta garden with more than 400 plants.
