Danny J. Delgado

Delgado was sentenced for life in prison with a minimum term 26 1/2 years. Delgado must complete his sentence before a state board will consider releasing him. This is based on his behavior as a sex offenders. After being sentenced, Delgado must register as a sex offender, remain under supervision throughout his life, and not have any contact with minors.

Danny Joseph Delgado, age 21, was charged with the 1st degree sexual assault of a child. After the victim admitted to him that he had sexually assaulted him during a routine medical examination, he was charged with this offense. According to the alleged victim, he started molestation when he was 6 years old and continued until he was eight.
