Nightmare on Elm Street IV is a horror game with multiple enemies and the player must adapt to their tactics in order to survive. Gregory has different abilities to defend himself from various enemies, including throwing objects and shielding himself with objects. However, running will consume much of his stamina, so he needs to use various strategies to avoid trouble. Fortunately, he is equipped with a torch that helps him in low-light situations. Additionally, Gregory wears a Faz-Watch which helps him access mission details, cameras and his current location.
