Happy Birthday Spiderman

Happy Birthday was a landmark story for Spider-Man. It was the brainchild of writers J. Michael Straczynski and John Romita Jr. It came at the height of Spider-Man’s run in The Amazing Spider-Man, and culminated with the 500th issue. While the storyline is relatively simple, it did take Spidey to some very interesting places.
