This Horton Hears a Who DVD is a delight for fans of the beloved Dr. Seuss tale. Jim Carrey
Jim Carrey voices Horton, an elephant living in a dense jungle. Horton hears a strange voice from the dust that floats in the air and immediately realises that the voice is not coming from him, but from a city that is much smaller than his own. The mayor of Whoville, played by Steve Carell, is also voiced by Carrey. Horton learns that the city will soon perish if they continue to live in such a dangerous location. He is also beset by the busybody Kangaroo, voiced by Carol Burnett.
Despite the fact that Horton’s mission is to protect the Whos, the Kangaroo finds this philosophy distasteful and hires the ruthless vulture Vlad (voiced by Will Arnett). The vulture has a dark agenda, but Horton is determined to do what’s best for his fellow creatures.
