Hugh Hefner Robe

Designed by Andre Van Pier, this Hugh Hefner robe was worn by the famous actor and director during a photo shoot. The robe comes with a letter of authenticity from the designer. The letter tells how Hefner found the robe to be sensuous against his skin.

The robe is pink and comes in an OS size. Unfortunately, the robe does not come with the pipe that Hefner was famous for wearing! The robe itself is worth $500 to $600. The robe isn’t the only item to sell for a high price.

Hugh Hefner is most famous as the founder of Playboy magazine. Before starting Playboy, he served in the US Army and briefly worked as a copywriter for Esquire. He later left Esquire to start his own magazine. His first issue featured Marilyn Monroe and sold over 50,000 copies.
