Is Giuliani A Drunk
If you’ve been following the world of politics, you’ve probably heard of Rudy Giuliani. The former New York mayor has a history of being an insipid public figure. The accusations against him range from embellishing his role in 9/11 to doubling down on anti-Black racism. There’s also the bribery scandal, where he tried to bribe the Ukrainian government to discredit former Vice President Joe Biden. The list goes on, and Giuliani has even said he’s willing to go to jail if he gets caught.
But that doesn’t mean that Giuliani is a drunk. The former mayor’s ineptitude makes his ineptitude amusing. However, it does not help him in his current investigation. The hearings scheduled for January 6 focus on Trump and his associates, not Giuliani. In addition, alcohol is not a contributing factor to Trump’s premature declaration of victory, nor does it excuse Giuliani’s involvement in Trump’s subversion plan. While being drunk isn’t a crime, it doesn’t help in his campaign. Besides, it’s estimated that a large percentage of Americans drank heavily on Election Night, so it’s unlikely that Giuliani is any different.
During the election campaign, Giuliani was accused of mis-spelling Bill Stepien’s name, using a wrong word for Bill Stepien, and misrepresenting his own name on Twitter. In response to the allegations, Giuliani’s lawyer denied that he had read the tweets in question. However, he was active on Twitter throughout the day, and he retweeted articles critical of Stepien and Miller.
