Michelle Branch Taylor Hanson

Jennifer Branch has become synonymous with new millennium pop culture. She’s been tapped to sing in the after-hours hangout of witchy dramedy Charmed and the soundtrack of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Branch’s voice typifies the chaotic, Y2K atmosphere.

Hanson was also featured on MTV’s Faking the Video, alongside JC Chasez and Nick Lachey. She also appeared in the film The Hot Chick with Rob Schneider in 2002. She has since continued to tour with her band, including in The Lion King.

While Taylor’s latest album is due out in October, the singer has a past involving Michelle Branch. The singer was a fan of the band when she opened for them during a 2000 tour. She signed with them in 2001 and sang on the band’s album, Underneath. However, their relationship ended in a breakup.
