Ms Skipper
Ms. Skipper developed strong relationships with faculty members and staff after working for St. John Bosco for approximately a year and a quarter. She believes the high school is unique in its achievements, untapped potential, and has great qualities. Moreover, she considers the students and staff at St. John Bosco to be the most welcoming group of people. She is a great asset to the school. Below are some reasons why she’s so popular.
Ms Skipper earned a PhD in management from Auburn University and a master’s in logistics from US Air Force Institute of Technology. She has published several articles in management journals, including the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, and has received multiple teaching awards. She also held tenure-track positions with Georgia Southern University and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. This makes her a top contender in this field. She’s also an advocate for mental health and wellness in schools.
Rosa Lee Dailey Skipper, was born in Charlotte County, Virginia, on April 28, 1942. She was a Charlotte County resident her entire life. She attended Charlotte County Public Schools. Her last job was at Russel Stover Candies in Clarksville, VA. She is survived by her son-in-law, John D. Skipper, and her two sons, William and Michael Giles.
