Ricky Traywick

If you’re a fan of country music, you may want to check out Ricky Traywick. His music is reminiscent of Randy Travis, with a deep voice similar to that of the late bass player. “When You Gotta Go” is a snippet of a song Ricky wrote and performed with his brother, Frank Bumgardner.

Traywick is also Travis’ brother, and his brother, Ricky, performed in a song together in a ’70s talent competition. The two were brothers who were encouraged by their fathers to explore their talents. They eventually formed a duo and sang together at local clubs. In the late ’70s, they released a duet called “Deeper Than the Holler.”
