Nadya Weight Gain

When she appeared on the Great British Bake Off in 2015, Nadiya Hussain soared to fame. Since then, she has developed a successful career as a cook, presenter and contributor on TV programmes including The One Show and BBC cookery shows. Before appearing on the BBC’s popular series, Hussain wore a size 16/18. The BBC and official guidelines advise adults to consume 1,800 calories a day. She managed to lose three stone in nine months. She also drank four litres of water daily.

Nadya credits her success to eating five small, protein-rich meals throughout the day and exercising while her entire family was sleeping. Although her home is packed with food, she still finds time to exercise by attending a 24-hour fitness facility in her neighborhood. Her workouts also helped her lose the extra weight. Her efforts are inspirational and have pushed the boundaries of what’s possible for women trying to lose baby weight.
