Travis Orndorff

Paul Orndorff, a WWE Hall Of Famer, is the father of Travis Orndorff. This accomplished wrestler died at the age of 71 on July 12, and Travis is the first child of the deceased wrestler. Travis recently posted a reflection on the life of his father on his YouTube channel. He posted a video of his father’s deteriorating health. He wanted to spend his dying days with his family but he couldn’t.

Orndorff was a standout runningback at the University of Tampa before starring in WWE. He logged over 2,000 all-purpose yards and scored 21 touchdowns during his collegiate career. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 12th round, 1973 NFL Draft. However, he failed to pass the physical with both teams. Later, he played with the World Football League’s Jacksonville Sharks. Travis Orndorff was a cancer survivor before he became an NFL superstar.

Paul Orndorff’s death has been a cause of mourning for his family. Although he did not say why his father died, Travis Orndorff did acknowledge that he was suffering from dementia. His father was a prominent figure on the Hollywood scene, but he remained low-key and worked as his father’s manager. Although his profession is not known, he is listed with Bank of America as a Credit Solutions Advisor.
