Amazon has signed a lease for a new facility in the Metro East. The company plans to fill 500,000 square feet of space at a distribution center in Sauget by 2022. The company plans to focus on same-day delivery services. The company is leasing 202,300 square feet of space at the 255 Logistics Center from Houston-based SparrowHawk LLC.
